A 2-10 Home Warranty is a 10-year structural home warranty that also covers defects in materials, as well as specific delivery systems. More specifically, with a 2-10 Home Warranty, homeowners receive two years of coverage for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and septic delivery systems, along with 10 years of structural protection.
